Service technician/fitter in the field service (m/f/d)
With the entry into new markets such as e-mobility, medical technology or microelectronics and the expansion in the field of plastics, technotrans continues to grow and is looking for reinforcement in the field service area. Our team of service technicians is responsible for on-site customer service at our customers' premises. The scheduling for this is carried out by our colleagues in the office, 1-2 weeks in advance. They support the service technician team from the background at all times. In order to offer our service experts a long-term perspective, there are many internal development opportunities in addition to external training courses, so that individual development with a long-term perspective is guaranteed.
You simply tackle this:
- Taking over communication with customers as a technical expert on site as part of trips lasting several days/weeks
- Handling the commissioning, maintenance and repair of systems and machines
- Technical consultant for our customers with regard to optimisation potential
- Carrying out repairs through troubleshooting and fault rectification
- Contact person for customers during instruction and training as an on-site service partner

- Completed vocational training as a mechatronics technician for refrigeration technology/mechatronics engineer/electrician (m/f/d) or motivated career changer with comparable technical training and/or experience in the field of refrigeration technology
- Professional experience in technical customer service is an advantage, gladly also in the field of domestic appliance technology
- Willingness to travel (100% from Mon-Fri with hotel accommodation) mainly in Germany, partly in Europe and optionally also worldwide
- Class B driving licence
- High customer orientation, flexibility and organisational talent
